The average waiting time for a successful transaction on CsStar is approximately 10 minutes. You can also check the status of both your completed and pending transactions by clicking on your Profile and going to “Transactions”. In any case, if you don’t receive the payment in your balance after a couple of hours don’t hesitate to call our Support staff.

What Should I Do if a Transaction Is Cancelled but My Money Was Still Deducted?
